Juan, what size acreage are you looking for? Is there a a specific location/county you are looking at? Does the land need to have a suitable building on it already or would you have to get a new building approved by zoning? What would the terms of the lease include if the building was paid for by your company and after 10 years they no longer are interested leasing the land? Does the building become the property of the farmer?
