It's been a little over a month since we started accepting membership dues. On December 17th, 2019, we opened our arms to welcome all interested parties in finding representation in the Illinois hemp industry through the IHGA.
Since then, we have accumulated 38 dues-paying members, an average of more than 1 per day! It's truly inspiring and humbling to know that we are making a difference for you and we have your support. Thank you.

To our dues-paying members: We have confirmed the venue for our quarterly meeting on Thursday February 13th, 2020, at 6:30 PM! The first meeting of the Illinois Hemp Growers Association will be held at our favorite local bakery: Flour House, located at 950 N Main St. in Princeton, IL 61356. We are proud to be hosting our first meeting in the art district of Princeton on historic Main Street.
Attend the meeting for a chance to win a $100 gift basket of 100% hemp goods. There will be freshly-baked snacks made by Flour House provided. This is your opportunity to influence the objectives of the IHGA for the next 3 months and network with other dedicated hemp growers and processors.
Join us for the Shelby County Farm Bureau's Winter 2020 program: Industrial Hemp as an Alternative Crop at the Lake Shelbyville Visitor Center at 1989 IL-16 in Shelbyville, IL 62565.
Click here to visit the event page. We will be speaking about the uses and reasons to grow industrial hemp as an alternative crop on your farm. Coming soon! See you at dinner time.
Finally, I'd like to mention that our Buyer/Seller Listings page is available to all our dues-paying members to advertise their products and services. We've recently updated the system and it is ready to accept your submissions.
If for any reason you have issues making a listing, please reach out to me and I'll make sure you get listed! I had a member contact me last night and we got on the phone to make sure he got exactly what he wanted.
Thanks for your participation in the early stages of this feature.
